Pertubuhan PERKASEH is a responsible and duly established organization formed to administer and oversee a Residential Welfare Care Centre for Orphans, Asnaf Families (Underprivileged Groups), Neglected Children, and Homeless Children, operating under the umbrella of Pertubuhan Kebajikan & Pusat Jagaan Kasih Ehsan Sejati (PERKASEH).

In accordance with the constitution of Pertubuhan PERKASEH, as stated in Clause 3 of the Organization’s Constitution, the objectives are as follows:

To manage and operate a registered care centre at the designated address, subject to approval by the relevant authorities.

To provide shelter and protection for orphans, asnaf children, neglected children, and abused children, with the necessary approval from the relevant authorities.

To expose orphans, neglected, and abused children to pre-vocational and occupational skills training to prepare them for a better future.

To assist asnaf children and orphans in improving their quality of life so that they can become self-reliant and competitive in society.

To provide comfortable living facilities and organize recreational activities, tutoring sessions, motivational seminars, and educational or academic programs for asnaf and orphaned children.

Based on these objectives and purposes, Pertubuhan Kebajikan & Pusat Jagaan Kasih Ehsan Sejati (PERKASEH) was established to manage and implement welfare and care initiatives focusing on:

A. Welfare Organization:
Primarily focused on assisting the eight categories of asnaf (eligible groups under Islamic charitable principles).

B. Residential Care Centre:
Providing accommodation and welfare care services for orphans and children from asnaf families, ensuring their safety, growth, and holistic development.
