  1. Menumpukan perhatian kepada Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU) yang memerlukan pemulihan
    dan latihan asas dari segi pergerakan, pertuturan, pendidikan khas dan kemahiran asas dalam
    pengurusan diri.
  2. Merupakan satu alternatif kepada pemulihan dalam institusi.
