Pertubuhan Bantuan Perubatan Kecemasan (TEMS) is a Malaysian non-profit organisation focused on emergency medical response, disaster relief, community preparedness and resilience. Established in 2021, TEMS works alongside agencies, communities and volunteers to strengthen emergency response capabilities through practical training, first aid and CPR education, disaster preparedness programmes and support during emergencies such as floods and other disasters. Beyond responding when disaster happens, TEMS also focuses on building communities that are better prepared, more confident and able to take action before professional help arrives. Through our network of trained volunteers, partners and technical personnel, we aim to contribute our skills, knowledge and resources wherever they are needed.
