KOMITED Malaysia (Komuniti Intervensi Dadah Malaysia) or DiC Malaysia ( Drugs intervention Community Malaysia ) was established in 2001. It is a registered non-profit Community Based Organization (CBO) initiated, led and run by former drug users. Formed in 1998 and officially registered in 2001 as NGO with the intention of addressing the negative impact of drug use and HIV/AIDS in Kuantan, the programmes expanded to the entire state of Pahang from 2007 onwards in line with the increasing need for serious intervention. Since 2011, DiC Pahang has reached a new milestone when the organization expanded nationwide and registered as KOMITED Malaysia.
