(Happy and Lovely Kids Therapy Centre PLT) is a dedicated therapy center and registered social enterprise based in Segambut/Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. Founded in February 2018 by Xharene Ong, the center operates with a core mission to deliver highly accessible and community-driven support for neurodivergent children and individuals with special needs.

• Early Intervention Program (EIP): The center specializes in EIP services designed for younger children, helping them build essential foundational skills in areas like communication, social interaction, and daily behaviors.
• Affordable Structure & Subsidies: Operating as a social enterprise rather than a commercial center, they structure their monthly fees to be significantly more affordable than typical market rates. They also offer tiered subsidies and discounts of up to 30% for B40 (lower-income) families based on household income.
• Vocational & Life Skills Training: Beyond early childhood intervention, the program expands into vocational training for teenagers aged 12 and older. They focus on equipping older children with practical talents and marketing support to help them sell their own handmade items and learn financial independence.
• Community Evolution: Their work with older trainees laid the foundation for an independent non-profit partner organization, “Let Them Shine Malaysia,” which focuses on continuing lifelong care, career placement, and community inclusion for neurodivergent adults.
