Johor Empowerment of Intellectual Women Association (JEIWA) JEIWA is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) of professionals and career driven women focusing on helping battered women start anew.
JEIWA was formed when it’s founder, Nor Fadilah M. Nizar won her case against her ex-husband at court. The case which sent him to jail, was on physical assault occurred just a day after they finalized their divorce. Since then, our founder has become a strong advocate on domestic violence issues and encourage women to be optimistic in rebuilding their lives.
