Who are we

We are a cultural association dedicated to the idea of enriching people’s lives through art.

The association was founded as a non-profit association in 2010 under the auspices of Elken Foundation committed to encouraging the understanding of art and culture through exhibition, collection, research and education.

Two floors of a shop house building were converted into a 13,000 sq ft gallery space and other facilities including classrooms, resource centre, and collection room.

Our goals

OACA aims to become the focal point of cross-cultural dialogues in art of various traditions and heritage and to promote art and cultural activities.

We also maintain a private collection of local and international artworks which will be exhibited from time to time. The gallery was designed and build to the utmost care and comfort to provide an exhibition space that is both pleasant and enriching.
