Persatuan Kebajikan Orang-Orang Istimewa is a welfare association (NGO) for the mentally retarded, handicapped and physically ill people from all around Malaysia .It was originally formed on 23rd September 1992. We are a non-religious, non-profit making organization currently having 65 children and adults under our care.

The formation of this present status was one mans undying childhood dream to serve the less fortunate. The Founder President Mr. U.K Letchumanan 73, believes they are GODs Special Children and they have a very special place in his heart.

Over the years and kept increasing. We experienced shortage of space and through our thrifty saving and generous contributions from members of the Public and State Government and various organizations.

We hope to become a sustainable development welfare organization and aim at helping and serving more people who are in need. So, no matter material of financial, no matter more or less, you support will be the best care for our children.
