Persatuan Kebajikan Orang-Orang Kurang Upaya Negeri Johor (Kluang) or Handicapped and Disable Association State of Johore (Kluang) is a charitable centre of Handicapped and Mentally disabled Association of Johor, where the unfortunate disable people live. This organization officially opened on the 16th July, 2008. In Malaysia, there are many families suffering and struggling to lead a normal life.

Parents having problem handicapped and disabled children. The basic objective of this home, helping these people of our beloved country. Our desire is to see this center rising to greater heights. To help and server more to the handicapped and disable people. There are 22 inmates Malay, Indian, Chinese & other races. 13 males and 12 females, ages from 13 to 72 years old living in this home as residential inmates. Our intention is starting this center is to help the disable people and provide them shelter and daily needs. We manage to maintain their needs such as food and clothing. A total of 8 including staff and workers are employed for teaching and training of these OKU. A chairman, and officer, a cook, a teacher a nurse, 2 attendant as a day caretakers and two night caretakers.
