The BATU GRACE CHILDREN’S HOME is a Non-Governmental Organization was established in January 2008. It is a non-profit organization that brings life changing care to orphaned and vulnerable children need in their immediate shelter, food, education, therapy, medication and overall general well-being.

The children who lives here either came from broken families where the parents are in prison, drug addicts, victim of domestic violence and the children are abandoned, neglected or with single parents who cannot afford to feed and educate them.

The Home was started with 3 children and currently houses 55 children from age of 8 months to 18 years old. We housed 2 senior citizens and 3 single mothers as well. From its humble beginnings of one home, now we have expanded 5 units of houses for the wellbeing of our children and for their comfortable life.

Empower our children to reach their full potential through family-based care, love and hope

We aim to:
– Provide homely environment for the orphans, under privileged, neglected and single parents’ children to grow up like any other children
– Combine social consciousness and spiritual directions in upbringing of the children
– Educate children for today and the future
– Provide counseling, guidance and emotional support for the vulnerable kids
– To cultivate and instill good values in the children’s upbringing to make them good citizens and future leaders.

We have raised nearly 120 children since this home started in 2008 and today the children are doing well. Educating the orphanage and underprivileged kids, giving them hope and another opportunity to make it in their life has been our continuous aim. We have a few children further their studies in universities and colleges with the support of our home after completion of their high schools.
