Pertubuhan Kebajikan Orang Kurang Upaya Pembelajaran, Pulau Pinang, commonly known as Learning Difficulty Support (LDS Malaysia), is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with learning difficulties in Penang, Malaysia. Registered under the Registry of Societies Malaysia (PPM-012-07-09102024), LDS aims to provide meaningful paid employment opportunities for people with special needs.

The organization operates an environmentally conscious retail initiative that trains OKU (Orang Kurang Upaya) members while trading in pre-loved items donated by businesses and the public. Their vision centers on creating an inclusive professional environment where everyone, regardless of their unique challenges, can thrive with dignity and equality.

LDS is entirely managed by unpaid volunteers, ensuring 100% of sales proceeds and donations directly support their OKU staff and operational costs. Based at 25B Medan Angsana, Air Itam, the organization maintains a shop open weekdays from 9:30am to 5:00pm and participates in trading activities at Hin Bus Depot Market on the first and second Saturdays of each month. Through their work, LDS demonstrates a commitment to social inclusion, skill development, and sustainable livelihoods for persons with learning disabilities.
