Pertubuhan Rangkaian Pencegahan Jenayah Kebangsaan (National Crime Prevention Network Association – NCPNA) has been established and approved by Registry of Societies in August 2013. The Association was established by a group of professionals. The founding members comprise of both former police officers, security consultants. entrepreneurs, medical and risk management specialist . The Association’s main objective is to support the initiative of Prime Minister Department’s Government Transformation Program, National Key Results Area (NKRA) Reducing Crime.

It was started as a Facebook page “Malaysia Crime Prevention Network” and eventually was registered and approved as National Crime Prevention Network Association. International Crime Prevention Specialist (ICPS) accreditation which was accorded by International Society of Crime Prevention People, USA to the founding President has prompted the birth of NCPNA. From merely 14 initial members, NCPNA is growing daily with hundreds of members joining The Association throughout the country from all walks of society. The Association has been nicked as “New Voice in Crime Prevention” and has taken it’s momentum since then with various activities and programs.

With our slogan of Enriching Society, Securing Excellence we strive and pledge in creating a quality and excellence life for the community and the society especially for the youth.

Objective

  • The Association will focus on the following;
  • To create awareness and responsibility in crime prevention
  • To collaborate with both government and non-governmental agencies in the elimination of crimes through educations and information’s.
  • To establish and implement activities through exhibitions, forums, seminars and workshops in crime prevention.
  • To support the government and society’s aspiration to create high quality of life with integrity.
  • To create a platform and avenue for all walks of society to be part of crime prevention process.
  • To support and assist the government’s effort to reduce crime by creating a responsible society.

  • To develop and implement Crime Prevention methods and techniques.
  • To assist youth in terms of education, sports and career; this will give them healthy living lifestyle.
  • To give counselling and advice to public in crime preventative measures.
  • To close the gap and build a good rapport between the public and government authorities in crime prevention collaboration and activities.
