The Yu Shan Disabled Welfare Centre, officially known as Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak-Anak Yatim Dan OKU Mesra Petaling Jaya Selangor, is a charitable organization established in 2016. Located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, they are currently caring for 49 residents, mainly children and persons with intellectual disabilities (OKU). Many of them require long-term daily care and assistance.

Approximately 40 residents require diapers and additional care supplies.

The centre provides accommodation, daily meals, personal care, education support, healthcare assistance, daily living support, recreational activities, and long-term care for children and persons with intellectual disabilities (OKU).

Their current monthly operating expenses are approximately RM65,700+, including:

• Meals for 49 residents: RM12,000+
• Diapers & care supplies for approximately 40 residents: RM9,000+
• Water bill: RM2,000+
• Electricity bill: RM1,800+
• Medical & healthcare expenses: RM6,500+
• Rental for main home: RM5,700
• Rental for second home: RM2,500
• Transportation: RM1,500+
• Daily necessities & cleaning supplies: RM2,500+
• Salaries for 9 staff: RM22,200

Fresh produce frequently needed includes tomatoes, carrots, white radish, cabbage, beetroot, Chinese cabbage, cucumber, long beans and French beans.
