The Pertubuhan Kebajikan Insan Penyayang Pulau Pinang (PKIPPP), also known as the Penang Handicapped Welfare Association, was founded on June 1, 2010. Its mission is to cater to the needs of mentally and physically challenged individuals in the community. The center provides shelter, food, clothing, and training programs to help these individuals become more self-reliant.
